此文是这个系列的第三篇，作者为协会志愿者邵玉芳。 题记： 人间四月天。 从2016年的四月到2026年的四月，这十年的春天见证了华人抗体协会的诞生与成长。 引言 十年的时间，可以见证很多事情的发生与成长。 从2016年 华人抗体协会 成立，到2026年迎来十周年，这不仅是一段协会发展的历程，也是许多同行共同参与、共同成长的十年。 对我个人而言，这十年既有参与协会活动的经历，也伴随着家庭与事业的变化。回望这段时间，我常常觉得，这不仅是一个学术社区成长的故事，也是人与人之间连接与陪伴的故事。 从一个想法开始 2016年4月，在波士顿 PEGS 会议期间，王守业老师提出成立华人抗体协会（Chinese Antibody Society）的想法。几位长期从事抗体研究与开发的华人同行聚在一起，讨论抗体领域的发展，也讨论华人科学家之间如何加强交流与合作。 或许在当时，大家并没有想到，这样一个想法会在十年后发展成为一个连接全球华人抗体科学家的重要平台。 在协会发展的早期阶段，线上交流发挥了非常重要的作用。微信群和线上讲座分享让分布在世界各地的华人科学家能够保持

此文是这个系列的第二篇，作者为协会志愿者张勇。 今年就是协会成立十周年了，守业提议可以写一些文章以纪念这一历史性时刻。所以我也就滥竽充数，写了这篇小文以祝贺协会成立十周年的盛事，并脱帽致敬那些可亲可爱的志愿者们。 当年我做完博士后来搬到波士顿地区进入工业界。因为是职场新人，对工业界一点都不了解，希望能结识更多朋友以拓展自己的职业道路。以前就知道波士顿的某协会, 非常羡慕他们以前组织的活动。所以我找到他们做了志愿者，并且从我的前公司申请到一笔赞助经费。但后来在跟这个协会打交道过程中觉得他们中的有些人不是那么有趣，于是开始找寻新的机会。 当时守业写了一些文章，所以名气很大。我开玩笑说，如果不知道守业，应该有一种“为人不识陈近南，纵称英雄也枉然”的感觉。 碰巧的是，在参加波士顿另外一个协会的活动中终于有幸遇到了守业 ，才知道文采斐然的他在现实生活中原来是一个身材魁梧的山东大汉😊。后来，守业开始筹办抗体协会，请我来帮忙。我虽然不做抗体，但当时有时间，又想交朋友，就跟着守业一起做事情。然后就认识了一帮志同道合的好朋友，比如玉芳姐，朝华，刘波，智丹，彦峰，
